A question about your edit, account or subscription?

Use the same Google account as DF Editor.

What to include

Your DF Editor version, macOS version, the steps leading to the issue and the exact error message. Redact private project names, connection URLs and sign-in codes from screenshots.

Account and plan

Open Settings → Account for computers and sign-in. Open Settings → Usage for transcription minutes. After checkout, return to DF Editor to refresh your plan. If payment confirmation is still processing, use Refresh plan in Settings → Plan. Payment confirmation alone does not bypass account verification.

Speech recognition

MCP is optional. Speech recognition uses the service managed by DF Editor; you do not need to enter an AssemblyAI API key. Check your account allowance and internet connection, then contact us if recognition remains unavailable.

Updates

Use Settings → Updates → Check for Updates. After downloading, choose Restart and Install. Save your work and finish active tasks first.

Privacy and refunds

Use the same support address for privacy requests and refund requests. Signing out or uninstalling is not cancellation of a paid subscription.
